Electronic tickets will be emailed to all purchasers at least 24 hrs. prior to the event, from VIP Exclusives. Tickets must be presented and scanned on a smartphone to be admitted t0 the event.

REFUND POLICY
All tickets and tables sold on VIP Exclusives are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. No-shows will be charged in full and will not receive a refund.
In the case of an event cancellation, without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
